Bart Black
Manager, Marketing Services
Bart Black joined IFAA in February 2009 as the newly appointed Manager, Marketing Services.
Bart brings more than 15 years of Marketing expertise to IFAA and it’s funds. He has worked with agencies DePasquale, Mojo and the partners. His clients have included Colorado Group, Pauls Dairy, Telstra, Mincom, Austcorp and Yamaha just to name a few. He has also recently been involved in developing a digital marketing consultancy and has a passion for this area of direct marketing.

Cathy Connellan
Manager, Trustee Services
Cathy Connellan joined IFAA in 2001. Cathy is responsible for providing management services to two industry superannuation funds; SPEC Super and QIEC Super. SPEC Super is the industry superannuation fund for the Electro -Technology and allied industries whilst QIEC Super is the Industry super fund for people working in the non-government education sector, child and other care and community services in Queensland.
Prior to joining IFAA, Cathy spent four years with Colonial in the Managed Fund Superannuation area and 18 years with Jacques Martin (now Superpartners) in the industry superannuation area.
Cathy holds a Commerce Certificate, an Advanced Certificate in Insurance, Associate Diploma in Business Management (TAFE), ASFA 146 and ASFA 200.

Cathy Connellan |
Charmaine Twomey
Manager, Business Services
Charmaine Twomey joined IFAA in December 2001. Charmaine is responsible for providing company secretarial services to a managed investment scheme in Infrastructure and Private Equity, TPCG Pty Ltd. Charmaine also assists in new business tenders and IFAA management related matters.
Prior to joining IFAA, Charmaine spent three years with Mercer as a Consultant providing superannuation advice to trustees and companies. Prior to that, Charmaine worked in banking and finance with ANZ.
Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with the University of Queensland, is a Fellow of FINSIA, a Fellow of ASFA and holds post graduate diplomas in Applied Finance and Investment and in Financial Planning. Charmaine is also a member of The Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) and is a Graduate of the Australian institute of Company Directors.

David Woodard
Manager, Financial Services
David Woodard joined IFAA in January 2005. He was initially employed as a Project Manager before taking over the Manager, Financial Services role in June 2006. David heads up a team that currently provides accounting services for 15 entities, which includes Management and Trustee Companies, Corporate entities, Managed Investment Schemes and Superannuation Funds.
Prior to joining IFAA, David spent two years with Australian Unity as a Fund Accountant, responsible for unlisted property Trusts and Managed Investment Schemes. Prior to that, David worked for five years at AMP Asset Management in the UK.
David holds a Bachelor of Financial Services from Bournemouth University, PS 146, ASFA 105 and is CPA qualified.

Meagan Crump
Manager, Human Resources
Meagan Crump joined IFAA in August 2003. Meagan is responsible for the Human Resources function at IFAA.
Prior to joining IFAA, Meagan spent 11 years working in HR across the hospitality, energy and public sectors.
Meagan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management and Marketing) and is a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Meagan also holds a Certificate in Superannuation Management and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.

Meagan Crump |
Michael Corcoran
Manager, Trustee Services
Michael Corcoran joined IFAA in April 2006. He is responsible for CLUB SUPER and ISPF Eligible Rollover Fund.
Prior to joining IFAA, Michael spent two years with Australian Administration Services (AAS) as Client Partnership Manager. He has also worked in various roles with Suncorp, ESI Super, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and the Insurance and Superannuation Commission (predecessor to APRA).
Michael's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Arts (Government and Economics), and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland. He also holds a Diploma of Superannuation Management and Certificate of Superannuation Trusteeship from ASFA and Macquarie University.

Patrick Twomey
Manager, Administration Services
Patrick Twomey joined IFAA in April 2009. Patrick is responsible for managing the Administration Services function for IFAA.
Prior to joining IFAA, Patrick worked for Brambles (CHEP) for over seven years. Patrick progressed through a number of management roles including Regional Sales Director NSW/ACT and National Category Manager. Patrick’s roles with Brambles saw him implement sales and marketing plans, undertake product research, develop business strategies, develop strategic alliances with suppliers and manage a national team.

Pavle Andric
Manager, IT Operations
Pavle Andric joined IFAA in June 2004 as Manager, IT Operations. In this role, Pavle is responsible for delivery of Information Technology & Communications services and infrastructure.
Pavle brings more than 15 years of management and operations experience in the Information Technology industry to IFAA. He has domain expertise in the areas of computer networking, enterprise systems integration, and delivery management. Pavle has held various design, delivery, and management roles in Australian and international companies, where he has handled large, complex IT infrastructure projects for clients in the areas of finance, wholesale, and logistics. Pavle has also led the development of various eCommerce solutions, focusing on usability and scalability.
Pavle holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree, and is a member of ACS and RHCE.

Pavle Andric |
Simon Laidely
Manager, SCS
Simon Laidely was involved in the establishment of SCS in 2004, and has acted as General Manager of the company since its inception. SCS are a team of superannuation professionals who provide compliance, audit and training services to a number of Queensland based superannuation funds. Simon also works closely with the IFAA management team on projects implementing compliance and business changes and improvements within both fund and administrator operations.
Prior to joining SCS, Simon spent three years with ESI Super, as Compliance Manager and held the position of Company Secretary of ESI Financial Services until 2007.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Laws.

Wayne Oxenford
Manager, Information Technology Services
Wayne Oxenford joined IFAA in October 2000 and is currently responsible for Information Technology Software Services.
Prior to joining IFAA, Wayne worked for 10 years with Suncorp Advisors & Administrators and Australian Administration Services in superannuation administration, accounting, project management and business consulting.
Wayne is a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
