IFAA’s philosophy towards recruitment is to provide for the effective and efficient acquisition of qualified staff who possess the required expertise, competencies and level of integrity to meet IFAA’s requirements.
IFAA’s selection activities are merit-based and free from unfair and unlawful discrimination. Selection activities are undertaken with due regard for candidate confidentiality at all times.
Successful candidates will be subject to integrity checking (including criminal history checks) as part of the final stages in the recruitment process in accordance with the Australian Standard for Employment Screening and the relevant Financial Services regulations.
