IFAA operates independently of any other providers of administration and financial services. This means the company can focus solely on the needs of its clients without being influenced by other service providers and their requirements.

Industry Compliance
IFAA utilises the expertise of a well-respected compliance and training team - Superannuation Compliance Services Pty Ltd ("SCS"). Superannuation industry regulation is a highly specialised area and SCS staff consult regularly with government and industry bodies to ensure its team can respond quickly and appropriately to any legislative changes affecting the administration of their client’s needs. SCS also provides IFAA and its clients with internal audit services.
Low Overheads
Our independence has resulted in the cost of our administration being lower overall, with our clients receiving committed, tailored and focused service. We are flexible and aim to provide our clients with exactly what they need.
Local Client Support
IFAA operates from Queensland with a call centre in-house and over 85 staff dedicated to our clients' needs.
Financial and Accounting Management
The IFAA Finance team is responsible for the effective managment of the financial resources of its clients.
The IFAA Finance team specialises in ATO and superannuation Fund transactions and reporting requirements. The team prides itself on the timely management of its financial reports which adhere to the requirements of Trustees and the legislative and regulatory bodies.
Company Website Development and Maintenance
IFAA provides initial and ongoing website development for each client including design, content and maintenance. IFAA currently manages five websites, www.specsuper.com, www.clubsuper.com.au, www.qiec.com.au, www.supercompliance.com.au and www.ispf.com.au.
The websites are continually updated with soft copies of published material and forms and include a comprehensive Member Online and Employer Online section for the benefit of our clients and their members. All part of the service that we provide!
Communications Materials
IFAA is responsible for the preparation, production and distribution of internal and external client communications and marketing materials. The documents have a focus on client member retention goals, product education needs and overall branding strategies.
Professional Corporate Services
Clients of IFAA have acess to all of our experienced managers. Corporate Services include Company Secretarial and General Manager/CEO services.
